Powder Room Inspiration: Nautical

One place I tend to work the hardest on, and spend the most money, is the power room.  Why?  Because you can pretty much guarantee that any guest that comes over your house will, at some point, use this room.
Here is a bathroom I did that simply needed a facelift.  With a nautical feel, I created a tongue and groove mahogany backing in the little niche, and converted a piece of furniture into a simple vanity.  I topped the vanity with more of the same mahogany, and dropped in a copper prep sink.  With more of that beautiful mahogany I built a custom mirror and shelf.  One of my favorite things in this facelift are the sconces; brass and very nautical...
